Ingredients to make the pancake recipe
2 cups of flour (130gr approx.)
1/2 ts salt
2 cdts Baking powder
4 cdts sugar
2 cups milk girls (approx 320ml)
1 or 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
Extract vanilla or sugar vanilla to taste (optional)
How to make pancaje recipe
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Separate the yolk from the white, and put them in separate containers.
Mix the yolk, sugar and milk, and add the melted butter.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, and beat well until the lumps disappear as much as possible. If the mixture is too doughy, you can add a little milk, but be careful not to make a very liquid mixture, but to keep it thick.
Beat the egg white until frothy and white (to the point of turron).
Now, add the clear beat to the mixture you prepared earlier. But attention, do not mix or abrade. The way to mix the clear in this step is by grabbing the spoon that you are using to mix (preferably a wooden shovel) and move from the outside to the inside, as if you were covering the clear with the mixture … and so on until Let’s mix everything together.
Heat the pan over low-medium heat, and pour the portion you want for your pancake. When the bubbles start to appear, turn the pancake over.
