1 large chicken breast
1 green apple
1 lettuce (not very large)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Preparation of the ingredients of the chicken and pineapple salad
Wash the lettuce with plenty of water. We chop finely and remove the excess water, if you have a much better salad wringer. We do not want to add liquid to the salad.
