Recipes Chocolate mousse
This time this recipes that we bring in addition to classic and easy can be prepared with ingredients very accessible. This dessert can be the basis of different preparations, cakes and ice cream, and also served as we show it is very delicious. We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we enjoyed preparing it. Chocolate mousse recipes
220 grams of chocolate
70 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
½ tablespoon unflavored gelatin.
Melt the chocolate along with the butter in a pan to bathe.
We must separate the yolks from the whites and beat them with the sugar until a clear and consistent cream, then we fire this mixture to heat it and then add the chocolate previously melted with butter and gelatin. We mix well in an enveloping way to integrate all the ingredients.
In addition we must beat the egg whites to snow point and we add them to the previous preparation always stirring of surrounding form. To finish we took it to the refrigerator and enjoyed it very cold.
We can replace chocolate with 100 grams of cocoa powder but we must add more sugar since cocoa is no more bitter than chocolate.
